Refund Policy – Edology Web Solutions Pvt Ltd

1. Payment Structure

Edology Web Solutions Pvt Ltd provides web design services with a four (4) installment payment structure:

• Installment 1 – Initial deposit (Project initiation)
• Installment 2 – Design phase completion
• Installment 3 – Development phase completion
• Installment 4 – Final project delivery

Each installment payment confirms acceptance of the work completed up to that stage.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are considered under the following conditions:

• Before Work Begins: If a client cancels the project before any work has started, a full refund of the first installment is possible.
• During the Design Phase: If the client is dissatisfied with the design and chooses to discontinue, a partial refund (excluding work hours and resources used) may be issued.
• After the Development Phase: No refunds will be issued after the development phase has commenced.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

• Client changes project scope after approval of design/development work.
• Delays caused by client inactivity, lack of communication, or failure to provide necessary information.
• If the project is canceled due to client violations of terms, misuse, or non-cooperation.
• After final delivery and approval of the website.

4. Refund Process

• Refund requests must be submitted in writing to edologywebsolution@gmail.com
• Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.
• Any applicable transaction fees or third-party processing charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
