Service specifics, timelines, and deliverables are agreed upon in project contracts or proposals.

• Payments are collected in four (4) installments unless otherwise specified.
• Invoices must be paid within the due date mentioned. Late payments may result in service delays or suspension.
• We use third-party, PCI-compliant payment gateways for secure transactions. We do not store or process payment details directly.
• Refund eligibility is outlined in our Refund Policy.

• Provide all necessary content, approvals, and access required for project completion.
• Respond to communication within agreed timelines to avoid project delays.
• Ensure that all materials provided (text, images, videos) comply with copyright laws.

• Project timelines are provided at the start and depend on client cooperation.
• Minor revisions are included, but excessive changes beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges.
• If a client is unresponsive for 30+ days, we may consider the project inactive and require a reactivation fee.

• Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the final design/development work.
• We retain the right to showcase projects in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
• Clients may not resell or redistribute our work without permission.

We may use third-party services (hosting providers, payment gateways, marketing tools). We are not liable for disruptions or failures caused by third-party providers.

• We are not responsible for business losses, missed revenue, or damages arising from service use.
• We do not guarantee specific results in digital marketing due to variable market factors.
• Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding client information. Data is handled as per our Privacy Policy and international regulations such as GDPR, CCPA, and PDPA.

We reserve the right to terminate services if:

• A client violates these Terms and Conditions.
• Payment is overdue beyond an acceptable period.
• The client engages in unlawful, abusive, or unethical behavior.

Any disputes will first be resolved through mutual negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of [Your Country’s Legal System].

We may update these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance.
